Initial request records
Preliminary request forms collect your full name, email address, country, answers related to the application area, and an optional phone number and short note. A phone number is required in institutional application forms; the selected institution, subject, and message are also recorded. The contact form collects your name, email address, subject, and message. Do not enter a national ID or passport number in the optional LifeLand number field on institutional and contact forms.
This information is stored in the website’s administration area to record and assess the request and communicate about it.
The forms do not request ID or passport numbers, detailed addresses, medical histories, payment details or file uploads. Do not put such information in the notes field.
Scope of the application
Submitting a form does not create an official document, diploma, marriage, insurance policy, company incorporation or legal residence right. Conditions must be announced separately when finalised.
